How To Make Creamy Broccoli Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.

In a separate pot, blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the cooked gnocchi and blanched broccoli to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic-infused oil.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the sauce thickens and coats the gnocchi and broccoli.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
