How To Make Blue Cheese Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the potato gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the blue cheese and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the blue cheese sauce.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
