How To Make Flavoured Boiled Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
Instructions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the chopped cabbage. Cook for 5 minutes or until it becomes tender but still slightly crisp. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the cooked cabbage back into the pot and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to coat the cabbage with the seasonings.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is soft and absorbs the flavors.
