How To Make Creamy Herb Parmesan Mash

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and chives)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat until the butter is melted.

Pour the milk mixture over the potatoes and mash until smooth and creamy.
