  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, parsley, and mint.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the tahini, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the tahini yogurt dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
