- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying

In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, sage, and cheddar cheese.
