How To Make Cheesy celeriac, leek & rosemary gratin

Ingredients
- 1 large celeriac, peeled and sliced
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the celeriac slices and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the leeks and garlic, sauté for 5 minutes until softened.

Grease a baking dish and layer half of the celeriac slices on the bottom. Top with half of the leek mixture and sprinkle with half of the rosemary, salt, and pepper. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

Pour cream over the layers and sprinkle the grated Gruyere cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
