Ingredients

  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on each cooked lasagna noodle.

  5. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each noodle and roll up tightly.

  6. Place the rolled lasagna noodles seam side down in a baking dish.

  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll ups and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
