How To Make Prosciutto Wrapped Melon Balls

A delicious appetizer which plays with your excited tastebuds with its incredible blend of contrasting flavors. A melt-in-your-mouth tender prosciutto strips wrapped naturally sweet melon ball, then you're hit with a refreshing hit of mint. It's a journey in a bite!

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 honeydew melon, fruit removed with a melon baller
  • 9 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • sprigs fresh mint


  1. Place melon balls into a bowl, and sprinkle with lime juice.
  2. Stir gently to coat.
  3. Wrap each ball with a slice of prosciutto, and secure with a sprig of mint.
  4. Arrange on a serving tray.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
