How To Make Baked Brie in Puff Pastry

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 round of brie cheese
- 3 tbsp of apricot jam
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place the brie cheese in the center. Spread the apricot jam on top of the cheese.

Fold the puff pastry over the brie, sealing it completely. Trim off any excess pastry.

Place the wrapped brie on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden crust.
