  • 1 round Camembert cheese
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a pie dish.

  3. Place the Camembert in the center of the pastry.

  4. Drizzle the honey over the cheese and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.

  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the cheese, creating a rustic crust.

  6. Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crisp.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
