How To Make Grape and Camembert Quesadilla

Sweet grapes paired with creamy camembert cheese in a crispy tortilla.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of seedless grapes, halved
  • 6 oz camembert cheese, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Lay tortillas flat and place cheese and grapes on half of the tortilla.

  3. Fold tortilla in half.

  4. Lightly brush oil on both sides of the tortilla.

  5. Place tortilla in skillet and cook until golden brown.

  6. Flip and cook other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.

  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

  8. Cut each quesadilla into 4 pieces.

  9. Serve hot.
