- 8 slices of bread
- 1 wheel of Camembert cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the Camembert cheese into thin slices.
