How To Make Asparagus Brunch Stack

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

In the meantime, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

In a separate skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.

To assemble the brunch stack, divide the asparagus onto four plates. Top each pile of asparagus with a fried egg and a slice of crispy bacon.
