How To Make Tarragon and Asparagus Quiche Recipe
A savory quiche with a buttery crust, filled with tender asparagus and fragrant tarragon.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out your pie crust and line a greased pie dish with it.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, until it’s tender.

Spread the asparagus and chopped tarragon evenly over the pie crust.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and tarragon.

Sprinkle the shredded Gruyere cheese on top of the quiche.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.

Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
