How To Make Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Sandwich Recipe
This sandwich is a vegan twist on a classic buffalo chicken sandwich, featuring crispy cauliflower and spicy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 buns, toasted
- Vegan ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Leafy greens, such as lettuce or spinach
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to make a batter.

Dip cauliflower florets into the batter to coat, then transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Remove from oven and toss with buffalo sauce.
