How To Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or plant-based alternative)
  • Optional toppings: green onions, crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a batter.

  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, then place it on a plate.

  4. Once all the florets are coated, transfer them to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  5. Cook the cauliflower in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are crispy and golden.

  6. While the cauliflower is cooking, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a separate bowl.

  7. Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a clean bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over it. Toss until all the florets are coated.

  8. Serve the air fryer buffalo cauliflower hot, garnished with green onions and crumbled blue cheese if desired.
