How To Make Vegan Roasted Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made vegan pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

  2. Place pizza crust on baking sheet or pizza stone.

  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over crust.

  4. Arrange sliced vegetables on top of sauce.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

  7. Slice and serve hot.
