Delicious veggie pizza loaded with green bell peppers and mushrooms!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and spread tomato sauce evenly over crust.

  3. Layer sliced bell peppers and mushrooms on top of sauce.

  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the veggies.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crust is crispy and cheese has melted.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Slice and serve hot.
