How To Make Vegan Tiramisu
A delicious and creamy vegan version of the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup of coconut cream
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup of coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 package of ladyfingers (vegan)
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.

In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur (if using).

Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure to coat both sides. Layer the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of serving glasses or a dish.

Pour half of the cashew cream over the ladyfingers and spread evenly.

Repeat the layers with the remaining soaked ladyfingers and cashew cream.

Dust the top layer with cocoa powder.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
