  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.

  3. Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over chicken and let it sit for 10 minutes.
