How To Make Griddled Chicken with Lemon & Thyme
A flavorful and tangy chicken dish cooked on a griddle, infused with the freshness of lemon and thyme.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme leaves, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat a griddle or grill pan over medium heat.
