How To Make Griddled Chicken with Lemon & Thyme

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme leaves, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  2. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. Preheat a griddle or grill pan over medium heat.

  4. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the griddle and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  5. Remove from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
