How To Make Oyster Mushroom and Lemon Thyme Roasted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 cups of oyster mushroom
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp of chopped lemon thyme
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season chicken legs with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. In a baking dish, add the chicken legs, oyster mushroom, and lemon thyme.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and mushroom, and squeeze lemon juice on top.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and the mushroom is tender.

  6. Serve hot.
