A refreshing and fruity dessert combining the tropical flavors of mango and passion fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 passion fruits
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the mangoes until smooth.

  2. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mango puree and passion fruit pulp.

  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango and passion fruit mixture.

  6. Divide the fool among 4 serving glasses or bowls.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

  8. Garnish with additional diced mango or passion fruit, if desired.
