How To Make Mango & Passion Fruit Fool
A refreshing and fruity dessert combining the tropical flavors of mango and passion fruit.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 4 passion fruits
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

In a blender, puree the mangoes until smooth.

Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mango puree and passion fruit pulp.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango and passion fruit mixture.

Divide the fool among 4 serving glasses or bowls.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Garnish with additional diced mango or passion fruit, if desired.
