Ingredients
- 1 lb sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sprouts and green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender.

Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle pine nuts over the stir-fried vegetables and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
