How To Make Low Carb Cauliflower Soup Recipe
A creamy and healthy soup made with cauliflower that’s low in carbs and perfect for a cozy night in.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cauliflower and chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.

Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
