How To Make Low Carb Beef and Cauliflower Rice Recipe

A delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional rice and beef dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat up olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent for about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Add in ground beef and cook until browned.

  4. Add in riced cauliflower, stir in the spices, salt and pepper.

  5. Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 10-12 minutes, then serve.
