How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey and Broccoli Skillet Recipe

This is a low carb, high protein dish made with ground turkey, broccoli and spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook until turkey is browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Add broccoli to the skillet and stir to combine. Cover and cook until broccoli is tender, about 10-12 minutes.

  4. Serve hot.
