How To Make Low Carb Pumpkin Pie Recipe

- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, brown sugar substitute, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
