  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Stevia or any preferred sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the spinach, kale, avocado, and cucumber.

  2. In a blender, add the chopped greens, avocado, cucumber, lemon juice, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, and sweetener if desired.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
