How To Make Easy Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined. The batter will be slightly lumpy.

Pour the blueberry mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish. Spoon the batter evenly over the blueberries.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
