How To Make Easy Blueberry Cobbler

- ⅓cuporange juice
- 3tbspsugar
- 3cupsfresh blueberries
- ⅔cupflour
- ¼tspbaking powder
- 1pinchsalt
- ½cupunsalted butter,softened
- ½cupsugar
- 1large egg
- ½tspvanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat an 8×8-inch baking dish with baking spray.

In a large bowl, mix the orange juice with 3 tablespoons of sugar, then add the blueberries. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
