Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups of fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.

  3. Mix in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, spinach leaves, and heavy cream.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish.

  5. Scoop the sour cream on top of the mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Serve hot.
