Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups of fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.

Mix in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, spinach leaves, and heavy cream.

Spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish.

Scoop the sour cream on top of the mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
