How To Make Keto Fish and Spinach Casserole Recipe
A low-carb, high-protein casserole made with fresh fish, spinach, and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (4-6 oz each)
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the spinach and garlic to the skillet and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Arrange the fish fillets in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.

Spread the spinach mixture over the fish fillets.

Spoon the cheese mixture on top of the spinach.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
