How To Make Keto Cabbage Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Boil a pot of water. Immerse cabbage in boiling water and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.

In a bowl, mix together ground beef, egg, almond flour, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Take a cabbage leaf, spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto it, and roll it up tightly.

Place rolled cabbage into a baking dish. Repeat until all the beef mixture is used up.

Pour tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
