  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and dried oregano.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  5. Transfer the chicken breasts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the chicken breasts.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

  8. Let the chicken cool before packing it in the lunchbox.
