How To Make Goat’s cheese, spring onion & parsley soufflés

Ingredients
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 100g goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Butter, for greasing the ramekins
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease four ramekins with butter and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the spring onions, parsley, goat’s cheese, egg yolks, milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the egg whites into the cheese mixture until well combined.

Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the soufflés have risen and are golden brown on top.

Serve immediately while still puffed up and enjoy!
