How To Make Lunchbox Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, and fresh basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the pasta salad and toss well to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
