Ingredients

  • 140g plain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, and milk until smooth.

  3. Let batter rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Put 1 tsp of sunflower oil in each section of a muffin tin and heat in the oven until hot.

  5. Pour batter evenly into the hot muffin tin.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.

  7. Serve immediately with a roast dinner.
