- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
