How To Make Fruity Flapjack Cookies
Fruity flapjack cookies are delicious treats packed with oats, dried fruits, and a hint of sweetness, perfect for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, dried cranberries, dried apricots, dried cherries, and raisins.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.

Flatten each portion with the back of a spoon to form a cookie shape.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
