How To Make Apple Flapjack Trifle

Ingredients
- 2 cups of apple slices
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 cup of custard
- 1 cup of whipped cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to make the flapjack mixture.

Press half of the flapjack mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Layer the apple slices on top of the flapjack mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining flapjack mixture over the apples.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the cooled apple flapjack, custard, and whipped cream.

Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
