- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.
