  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large pot, steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.

  3. In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. In the prepared baking dish, arrange the steamed cauliflower in an even layer. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the cauliflower, ensuring it is evenly coated.

  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of the cauliflower.
