How To Make Creamy Baked Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large pot, steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.

In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
