  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and pick out any stems or bad berries.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, water, sugar, and orange zest.

  3. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

  4. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
