How To Make Clean Eating Zucchini Noodles Recipe

A refreshing and light zucchini noodle dish with tomato, garlic, and basil flavors perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. Add zucchini noodles and cook for about 3-5 minutes until tender but still firm.

  3. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and stir well for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese if desired.
