How To Make Chilli Sauce

A spicy and flavorful sauce that adds a kick to any dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 red chilli peppers
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the red chilli peppers and chop them into small pieces.

  2. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the red chilli peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, and water.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  6. Cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

  7. Remove from heat and let cool.

  8. Transfer the chilli sauce to a jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
