How To Make Chilli Sauce
A spicy and flavorful sauce that adds a kick to any dish.

Ingredients
- 8 red chilli peppers
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions

Remove the stems from the red chilli peppers and chop them into small pieces.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

In a blender or food processor, combine the red chilli peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, and water.

Blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Transfer the chilli sauce to a jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
