How To Make Birthday Biscuits
These birthday biscuits are a delicious treat to celebrate special occasions. They are light, fluffy, and perfect for any birthday celebration.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkles, for decoration
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until just combined. Do not overmix.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently a few times until it comes together.

Roll out the dough to a 1/2-inch thickness and use cookie cutters to cut out biscuit shapes.
