- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- whipped cream for topping
Instructions

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.

Place the banana slices in a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Remove the frozen banana slices from the freezer and let them thaw for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Place a scoop of the frozen banana slices into each serving bowl.
