  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.

  2. Place the banana slices in a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  3. Remove the frozen banana slices from the freezer and let them thaw for a few minutes to soften slightly.

  4. Place a scoop of the frozen banana slices into each serving bowl.

  5. Drizzle a generous amount of chocolate fudge sauce over the bananas.

  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.

  7. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
