How To Make Banana & Pecan Loaf Recipe
A delicious and moist banana loaf packed with crunchy pecans.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chopped pecans.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
